The inside hall is 1800sq ft of space. Men’s and women’s bathroom with built in disability rail, kitchen with a sliding bay window, the inside can accommodate 243 individuals! 

The back lot is excellent add on if you plan to have a large event or even wish to have use as a parking lot**

For those who want to have an adult only party and give out adult favors. Only alcohol and cannabis consumption allowed on premises, with cannabis only allowed outside. Everyone at the event must be of verifiable legal age. 

This event space has two rooms; the entrance, and then the main room. One bathroom, built in HD TV, speaker, piano with a speaker stand with an outdoor balcony that overhangs the parking lot! This space can accommodate up to 55 individuals! Secure space with a non refundable $50 deposit.

We offer a few tables capable of holding 150-300lbs  available on site !

We have metal folding chairs and premium cushioned chairs that are red and a deep purple colour, all available on site.

No generator permit required. Come preset up at the event space with a covered floor.

We can set up at your location, as long as it’s within a 30mile radius from 92113.  $25 gas fee for extra 20 miles past 30 mile mark. Client responsible for all permits required prior to setting up.
